  • Monitor Construction Progress to Ensure Buildout is Compliant with IT Requirements
Relocation Planning
  • Define Break Relationships between IT Systems to ensure minimal downtime is incurred
  • Develop Detail Plan for Relocating: Servers, Workstations, Network Components, Data & Voice Circuits, and Telecom Equipment
  • Scheduling & Sizing of Relocation Activities
  • Coordinate & Supply appropriately skilled & equipped IT Move Technicians, Vehicles, and Equipment
  • Vendor Coordination & Scheduling
